Nothing is uploaded. The files are read and written by your browser, so this works for salary slips, bank statements and Form 16.
Remove password needs the password you already have (often your PAN in capitals plus date of birth for Form 16 and statements). It saves a copy rebuilt from page images, so the text in the copy can’t be selected.
Images to PDF accepts JPG and PNG. Use it for rent receipts, donation receipts and investment proofs your employer asks for.
